Appway releases Appway Native Workspace for mobile devices

Zurich – Appway announced today the release of the Appway Native Workspace as an add-on to the Appway Platform. The Appway Native Workspace empowers organizations to execute successful mobile strategies to connect with customers, employees, and partners in the Digital Age.

All applications developed with the Appway Platform are instantly available in the browser and as native applications for iOS and Android. This allows organizations to connect with people across channels and interaction modes while sharing a common model which contains all the business logic.

The Native Workspace adds two additional layers to your existing Appway solution. The secure core layer isolates your solution from the mobile devices and arbitrates features like access to camera and location. It also adds functionality like secure push notifications, data encryption, cache prevention, and integration with third-party security providers.

Additionally a mobile layer is added on top of the existing solution, seamlessly replacing built-in Appway components with native user interfaces, so that users can access native interaction designs without Appway developers having to change their existing solutions. (Appway/mc/ps)
