Marriott International wird das 1.614 Zimmer umfassende Hotel- und Appartementkomplex unter der Luxusmarke JW Marriott Marquis führen. Als Bauherr der Park Towers investiert Emirates 1,8 Milliarden Dirham (ca. CHF 550 Millionen).
Eröffnung 2011
Das von zwei markanten Türmen geprägte Hotel befindet sich zurzeit noch im Bau und wird einst in unmittelbarer Nähe des neuen Stadtteils Business Bay seine Gäste in Empfang nehmen. Die Eröffnung des ersten Zwillingsturmes mit 807 Zimmern ist für das Jahr 2011 geplant, der zweite Turm soll im Jahr 2013 eröffnet werden. Emirates und Marriott haben bereits bei der Designplanung des neuen Hotels zusammengearbeitet.
