Analyst/Associate for Renewable Energy and Cleantech focused Advisory team with an excellent reputation both in Europe and in the US. Our client provides financial advisory services, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, restructurings, private placements, and project finance advisory.
The role presents a high achiever with an excellent opportunity to work with and learn from other experienced professionals.
In this position the Associate will be working directly with and supporting senior team members in serving our clients; dealing with other financial institutions and interacting on a regular basis with C-level management of the firm’s clients. Researching and analyzing company financial statements, industry and market data, performing financial modeling and valuation analysis and preparing client presentations, information memorandums and documents for internal approvals.
