Activities:
– Conference «Swiss Compliance Officers? Meeting», which takes place generally twice a year and is geared towards the members of SACO and special guests. The purpose of this conference is to convey information from the field of compliance and related areas. External parties may be invited.
– Meeting of a small circle of SACO members as a platform for discussions, exchange of experiences, and comparisons. Foremost topic of discussion are compliance issues relating to the everyday side of compliance. Four to six such meetings will take place a year.
– Conferences on special subjects from the field of compliance and related areas for members of SACO and invited experts.
– Organization of seminars and workshops to convey knowledge and as further education according to demand.
– Distribution of a members list to all SACO members.

Membership:
«Persons who are compliance officers or perform compliance tasks in a financial institution in Switzerland are eligible for membership.» (Art. 3 of the Statutes)
Application for membership should be addressed to the president in writing. The committee will decide whether membership will be granted. The committee can reject any application without cause. A negative decision may be reversed by the general assembly. (Art. 4 of the Statutes).
Interested parties who fulfill the requirements for membership can send in their application complete with name, position, employer, address, telephone and fax number, and e-mail address.
